Hope & Hearth Bakery was founded on one belief: that everyone deserves a genuine shot at a stable, dignified life — and that meaningful work is one of the most powerful ways to get there.

We create real jobs in food production for individuals re-entering our community in Fairfield County. Not temporary placements. Not charity. Real careers, real wages, and a real path forward — built one shift at a time.
