It's not for lack of will. It's a lack of open doors. Background checks, stigma, and gaps in employment history shut people out before they even get a chance to prove themselves.

Hope & Hearth hires people impacted by the justice system. We believe the measure of a person is not their worst moment, but their willingness to move forward. Every person we employ is trained, paid fairly, and supported to build a lasting career in food production.

We create real jobs in food production for individuals re-entering our community in Fairfield County. Not temporary placements. Not charity. Real careers, real wages, and a real path forward — built one shift at a time.
